Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes, but only in designated relaxation spaces. Food and drinks are not allowed in the bathing areas.
What if Iʼm late?
You can still enter, but your end time remains the same, reducing your session duration.
Can I cancel on the day?
Same-day cancellations are not allowed, and no refunds are given for no-shows.
Is a reservation required?
Yes, advanced reservations are required. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Can I make changes to my reservation?
Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your booking time. Cancellations afterward are not permitted.
When are reservations available?
Reservations open twice a month. Schedule announcements are shared on Instagram.
