Q Is it okay to come empty-handed?: A

We provide towels and amenities, so you can come empty-handed with peace of mind.
Q From what time can I enter the room?: A

You can enter your room from 5 minutes before your reservation time. There is no waiting area, so please arrive just before.
Q How do I leave the facility?: A

No checkout is required, so please exit before the end time. If you use beyond the time, staff may contact you.
Q Do you sell drinks?: A

We have an unmanned sales area. Payment is possible by scanning the QR code on your My Page.
Q I'm worried about the unmanned usage method.: A

If you have any trouble, please call the staff contact number posted at the entrance.
Q What is the temperature of the cold bath?: A

It varies by room, but is controlled by a chiller to maintain a constant temperature.
Q Can you issue a receipt?: A

You can issue it yourself from My Page on the reservation site. Open the purchase details from the purchase history on My Page and proceed from the "Issue Receipt" button. You can enter your desired name.

Q I want to use for a long time. Can I make consecutive reservations?: A

If available, it is possible to reserve two or more consecutive slots. There is a 1-hour interval as cleaning time between sessions, but if you make consecutive reservations, you can use that 1 hour as well.
Q Is it possible to bring food and drinks?: A

Yes, it is possible. Please consume them in the relaxation space. Bringing them into the bathroom is not permitted.
Q What happens if I'm late for my usage time?: A

You can still use the facility without problem, but the end time will not change, so your available time will be shortened. Please be careful.
Q I can't come on the day. Can I cancel?: A

Same-day cancellations are not possible. Even if you don't visit, no refund will be made, so please understand in advance.
Q Is a reservation required?: A

This is a complete advance reservation system. Please check the vacancy schedule and make a reservation from the reservation site. Please understand that you cannot use the facility by visiting directly without a reservation.
Q Can I change or cancel my reservation?: A

You can check and change your reservation status from My Page. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the start time. After that, cancellation is not possible, so please be careful. *When you cancel, the ticket returns to My Page and you can change the date and time to make a new reservation. If you wish for a refund, please contact the official LINE with the following information: ・Email address registered on the reservation site
Q When can I make a reservation?: A

Reservation schedules are published twice a month: 1st-15th and 16th-end of month. Each period is scheduled to start accepting reservations about 2 weeks in advance. Example) Reservation schedule for 1/1~1/15 is planned to be released around 12/15. When reservations are released, we will announce it on our official Instagram stories.
Q Can men and women use it together?: A

At the Akasaka store, men and women can use it together.
Q Do you have swimsuit rental?: A

We have rentals available for both men and women at 500 yen each. Please pay at the sales area and bring it to your room.
Q I left something behind. Who should I contact?: A

Please send the following information to the official LINE:

・Email address registered on the reservation site

Yes, it is possible. Each room has a set capacity, so you can use it up to the maximum capacity.
